Hicks Karate School of Excellence offers martial arts and kickboxing classes seven days a week for children from 2 years old upwards, as well as adult karate and kickboxing programmes. The school's Little Ninjas programme introduces the youngest learners to martial arts in a fun, age-appropriate setting, while older children benefit from structured karate training designed to build confidence and self-discipline. Family classes allow parents and siblings to train together, creating a shared learning experience.

For adults and fitness-focused participants, the school provides kickboxing classes that incorporate techniques to music in a non-contact format, alongside traditional karate instruction. Classes cover karate and kickboxing techniques combined with cardio, fitness, body strengthening and conditioning drills.
