About Helen Raynham
Helen Raynham offers therapy and coaching for neurodivergent adults, with a particular focus on ADHD. Her services include family and systemic therapy, which provides a safe, supportive space to address the challenges of neurodivergence, alongside one-to-one life coaching based on the Personal Consultancy model.
