Consultations are available face to face, by video using Zoom, WhatsApp or FaceTime, or by phone—including brief telephone prescribing for acute illnesses. Helen also offers dietary advice where appropriate to support your treatment plan. Fees include both the consultation and remedies prescribed at your appointment.
