About Helen Hyde
Helen Hyde offers traditional acupuncture, drawing on over three decades of nursing experience, including 14 years as a specialist nurse in pain management. She practises both traditional Chinese acupuncture, based on the concept of Qi or life force flowing through the body, and Western acupuncture, which involves inserting very fine needles into specific areas to support healing. If travelling is difficult, Helen arranges home visits to make treatment accessible. She welcomes new clients for a consultation to discuss your individual needs.
