Helen Harrison is a person-centred psychotherapist and counsellor registered with both the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), and a member of the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute. She offers psychotherapy and counselling to support you with your mental health and create positive change.

Helen works with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, and stress.
