As a birth doula, Ella provides complete, continuous care from the moment you book through birth and into your early weeks. This includes two antenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences and birth plan, emotional support for you and your partner to process your birth experience, and newborn care guidance covering feeding, soothing, and bathing.
Postnatal doula care is fully personalised and client-led, with a gentle focus on mothering the mother. Support includes light household duties such as laundry, tidying, food shopping, and meal preparation, allowing you to rest and bond with your baby. Held by Ella also offers pregnancy and postnatal acupuncture as part of a holistic approach to wellbeing during this transformative time, alongside parenting coaching to support you as you settle into your new role.
