Heidi Wilke offers a range of counselling and psychotherapy services tailored to individual needs. With over 20 years of experience working therapeutically, and holding a PGdip in Counselling and Psychotherapy alongside MBACP accreditation, Heidi brings substantial expertise to her practice.
Services include general counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, couples counselling, sex therapy, and integrative counselling approaches. Heidi works with adults on a variety of issues and also offers child-led play-based therapy for children under 12 years old. All counsellors maintain a minimum of 3 years' experience and are registered members of the BACP or an equivalent regulatory body, including BABCP and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
