Emma provides Reiki sessions for both people and their beloved pets, drawing on her membership with the UK Reiki Federation and Healing Animals Organisation. Whether you prefer in-person or distance sessions, all treatments include an optional oracle card reading to deepen your experience.
Beyond individual Reiki work, Heart To Head specialises in energy and spiritual practices including aura cleansing and reading, sound healing sessions, and guided meditation. Emma also teaches Reiki Level 1 training for those interested in developing their own practice. For a more immersive experience, day retreats combine Reiki, pilates, meditation, sound healing, and energy clearing into a full day of restoration and grounding.
Community gatherings include monthly in-person and online goddess circles, offering an evening of energy balancing and meditation in a supportive group setting.
