About Heart of Harrogate Counselling
Heart of Harrogate Counselling offers integrative counselling for adults, young people and children, drawing on relational approaches to support you through a wide range of life challenges. The practice has particular expertise in anxiety and depression, bereavement and loss, stress and overwhelm, and low self-esteem.
