Hayley Davies Counselling offers one-to-one psychotherapeutic counselling for a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. As a fully qualified counsellor accredited with the National Counselling Society (MNCS Accred), Hayley brings particular expertise to trauma, abuse and PTSD, alongside experience working with perinatal mental health through her time at Bluebell Trust.

Counselling sessions address depression and anxiety, stress and anger management, relationship difficulties, and grief and loss. Hayley also works with couples on relationship issues, and has specific knowledge of antenatal and postnatal depression, making her a supportive choice for those navigating pregnancy and early parenthood.
