Hatha Yoga offers friendly yoga classes designed to build flexibility and strength while promoting relaxation and wellbeing. With over 20 years of teaching experience and a British Wheel of Yoga teaching diploma, the practice specialises in relaxation and stress-busting techniques tailored to help you find calm and balance.

Classes are available both face-to-face and online via Zoom, making it easy to fit practice into your routine. For those preferring to work at home, a library of recorded sessions lasting 20–30 minutes is available for regular practice.

Beyond traditional yoga, Hatha Yoga offers recovery coaching using Lisa Sanfilippo's established Sleep Recovery programme. As a certified Sleep Recovery teacher, the practice helps clients address sleep challenges and develop sustainable relaxation practices. Whether you're managing stress, seeking better sleep, or simply looking to deepen your yoga practice, Hatha Yoga provides a welcoming space to practise mindfulness and reconnect with yourself.
