About Harriet Birkle Doula
Harriet Birkle Doula offers birth and postnatal doula support for women and families throughout pregnancy, birth and into early parenthood. As a birth doula, Harriet provides antenatal sessions covering birth preference, physiology, comfort measures and pain relief options, alongside continuous support during labour from home through to hospital. She offers massage and acupressure during birth, and can provide emotional support including birth debrief and trauma-informed care in the postnatal period. As a postnatal doula, Harriet delivers flexible, bespoke support as families settle at home with their new baby, including feeding guidance, baby care education, practical help with housework and meals, and emotional listening. Harriet also offers pregnancy and postnatal acupuncture. She works with both virtual and in-person sessions, providing compassionate, practical support during one of life's most transformative times.
