She graduated as a Shiatsu therapist in 2005 through the Ealing School of Shiatsu, and has since qualified in Indian head massage and hot stone therapy through Jing Advanced Massage training. Her expertise extends to pregnancy and women's yoga, with recent training in menopause yoga to support clients through life transitions.

Services span group classes and one-to-one sessions tailored to develop and strengthen individual practice. Workplace and corporate yoga is available, with sessions flexibly scheduled before or after work, or during lunch breaks.
