Harmonies of the Heart offers sound healing sessions and family and systemic therapy within a holistic, spiritual practice centred on the transformative power of voice and connection. The business runs regular and ad hoc harmony singing groups open to all, ranging from two-hour evening sessions and singing in nature to full-day workshops and three-day immersive retreats. These retreats combine family constellation sessions, song, sound healing and embodiment practices. Grief tending workshops are also offered regularly.
