Hannah Schellander is an experienced registered clinical hypnotherapist and trauma therapist who combines evidence-based approaches to support clients with a wide range of mental health concerns. She uses Solution-Focused Brief Therapy alongside Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and clinical hypnotherapy to create tailored treatment plans.
Hannah specialises in trauma work, holding qualifications in Rewind Trauma Therapy for treating PTSD and Complex PTSD, as well as BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT). She is registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the International Association for Rewind Trauma Therapy (IARTT), the International BWRT Institute, and the Complex Trauma Institute.
