Hannah provides flexible learning options to suit your needs. Private one-to-one courses are available both online and in person, as well as intensive weekend sessions. For those new to hypnobirthing, a 45-minute taster session offers an introduction to the method via online video call. She also offers relaxed, informal Walk and Talk sessions, available antenatally or postnatally, combining one-to-one support with gentle movement.
