About Haleh's Counselling Room
Haleh's Counselling Room offers person-centred therapy and general counselling to help you explore, reflect and make positive change in your life. As a qualified counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, Haleh brings experience from offering one-to-one therapy in various agencies to her private practice.
Haleh works with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and the impact of traumatic events. Whether you're unhappy with yourself, dissatisfied with aspects of your life, or struggling with experiences you can't shake off, counselling provides a confidential space to be heard and supported. She also has experience supporting those with OCD and related difficulties.
Sessions are available both in person and online, giving you flexibility in how you access support. Everything shared in the counselling room remains confidential, creating a safe environment for genuine exploration and change.
