About Grey Matter Healing
Grey Matter Healing offers a comprehensive range of holistic therapies designed to support your wellbeing from the inside out. With over two decades of experience as a Reiki practitioner since 1999 and a Reiki Master since 2008, the practice brings deep expertise in energy healing work. Services include Reiki, Crystal Healing (qualified to teach), and Vibrational Sound Massage—a gentle and deeply relaxing therapy using the aid of singing bowls. Sound baths are also available.
Beyond energy work, Grey Matter Healing provides Clinical Pilates Reformer training to help build strength and mobility, alongside a range of talking therapies. Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) are offered to support personal development and positive change.
