The Lifestyles Fitness Suite is equipped with a full range of Pulse Fitness cardiovascular and resistance equipment, complemented by functional and free weight areas. Members also have access to specialist equipment including Powerplate and Wattbike. Beyond the gym, the centre hosts bootcamp classes, fitness pilates, and a sports hall with facilities for five-a-side football, badminton, netball, basketball, table tennis and indoor bowls.
