Gillian Owen-Bennett is a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist and CNHC-certified practitioner offering holistic support for women's health across all life stages. She works with clients navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and beyond, combining nutritional therapy with herbal medicine and doula support.
As a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist, Gillian offers 1:1 consultations tailored to your needs, available as individual appointments, intensive 6-week packages, or longer bespoke 6-month programmes with regular follow-ups. She specialises in hormone health, digestive wellness, and metabolic support, drawing on her training in Western herbal medicine and membership of The Herb Society.
Beyond one-to-one work, Gillian facilitates foraging walks exploring wild foods and herbal allies, and runs workshops and day courses in fermentation, balm-making, seasonal rewilding, and womb wellness. She also offers online programmes including Rest & Digest and Reclaim Your Energy, designed to support your wellbeing at your own pace.
