Georgia Sinclair Therapy offers individual therapy for anxiety, burnout, trauma and relationship problems, delivered both online across the UK and Europe and in person. The practice specialises in couples counselling to improve communication, reduce conflict and build intimacy, alongside general counselling sessions tailored to your needs.
Georgia works with Transactional Analysis, a structured approach to understanding interpersonal and intrapersonal patterns, and uses relational therapy methods that focus on the therapeutic relationship itself. This evidence-based, person-centred approach draws on techniques including attachment theory and polyvagal theory for nervous system regulation, helping you manage intense emotions and build lasting change.
Georgia is an accredited registrant member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS Accred., no. NCPS953) and holds memberships with the United Kingdom Association for Transactional Analysis and the European Association for Transactional Analysis. She holds a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling with Transactional Analysis and specialist training in trauma, PTSD and critical incidents.
