About Gareth Toner
Gareth Toner is a teacher and bodyworker registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association (UK) and a registered TRE Provider and Mentor with TRE FOR ALL. He offers biodynamic craniosacral therapy, a gentle approach that helps balance the body's systems, alongside craniosacral therapy tailored to individual needs.
Gareth also works with Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE), a holistic method designed to release pent-up tension held in the body. His practice includes a bottom-up auditory intervention to nourish and awaken your nervous system, supporting nervous system regulation and wellbeing.
Beyond one-to-one sessions, Gareth teaches Body Intelligence Training internationally, delivering programmes across Scotland, Germany, Czech Republic and France. He also facilitates Embodied Listening work with the Elmfield Institute.
His goal is to help people feel and relate to their body, enabling a deeper relationship with themselves, others and their environment.
