About Gabi Buday

Gabi Buday is a registered accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an alumni member of both the UK Psychological Trauma Society and the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute. With training that began in 2000, Gabi offers professional psychotherapy and counselling for individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Gabi specialises in trauma therapy, including work with traumatic stress, PTSD, complex PTSD, and developmental trauma. Beyond trauma work, Gabi provides counselling for anxiety, depression, stress, and bereavement, drawing on experience as a volunteer bereavement counsellor. Couples counselling is also available for those working through relationship difficulties, as well as support for major life transitions and changes.

Sensorimotor psychotherapy forms part of Gabi's therapeutic toolkit, offering a body-informed approach to healing. General counselling sessions are tailored to your individual needs, and Gabi recognises that accessibility matters—sessions are available face to face, by telephone, and online via video, so you can choose the format that works best for you.
