Holding a Level 5 Diploma in Health Coaching and Nutritional Therapy, and as a full member of the UK and International Health Coach Association, the practice combines evidence-based guidance with a personalised approach.
Services span nutrition support, where clients learn to navigate food labels, understand portion control and macro and micronutrients, with the aim of improving markers like blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Exercise support provides accountability and help setting small, achievable goals for a more active lifestyle. Stress and anxiety support offers a confidential space to explore stressors and develop mechanisms to feel calmer and quieter anxiety.
The practice also offers mindfulness training, drawing on formal teacher training. A six-week in-person or online mindfulness course includes guided mini-meditations to build resilience and self-awareness.
Each engagement typically begins with a lifestyle questionnaire and food diary, followed by personalised recommendations and a follow-up telephone or video consultation. The overall aim is to empower you to take back control and ownership of your health, building resilience, self-esteem and confidence along the way.
