Frances Watkins is a medical herbalist, Reiki practitioner and colour therapy specialist offering holistic support for mind, body and soul. She holds practising membership with both the National Institute of Medical Herbalists and the College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy, and will become a Fellow of NIMH in 2025.

Frances provides Western herbal medicine consultations tailored to the individual.
