About Formulate Psychology
Formulate Psychology offers comprehensive clinical psychological assessment and therapy delivered by qualified practitioners. Led by Dr Katherine Bradbury, a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and accredited cognitive behaviour therapist, the practice provides a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs.
Therapeutic services include cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), cognitive analytic therapy (CAT), compassion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and attachment-based therapy. Family and systemic approaches are also available. Psychological assessments span clinical evaluation, cognitive assessment and IQ testing, and specialist autism spectrum condition assessment and diagnosis.
Formulate Psychology addresses a broad spectrum of psychological difficulties, including anxiety disorders, mood concerns, post-traumatic stress, eating and body image concerns, sleep difficulties, self-harm, grief and bereavement, and trauma-related conditions. The practice also offers mood and mental health nutrition support as part of a holistic approach to wellbeing.
