What types of classes do you offer?
We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and No-Gi Submission Grappling classes. BJJ is a self-defence martial art and combat sport based on grappling and ground fighting, while No-Gi Submission Grappling is a broader term for BJJ without the traditional Gi uniform.
Do you have classes for beginners?
Yes, we hold classes for all ability levels, starting from beginner through to kids and competitors. We welcome newcomers to the sport.
Do you offer classes for children?
Yes, we offer Kids BJJ classes in different age groups, including Kids BJJ (Ages 4-8) and Kids BJJ (Ages 9-14), as well as a No-Gi option for all ages.
How do memberships work?
All memberships are paid monthly via direct debit, and a £15 joining fee is required when you sign up.
Can I try a class before committing?
