As a BACP Registered and Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Fiona provides short, medium and long-term counselling and psychotherapy tailored to individual needs.
Fiona's integrative practice is rooted in Adlerian concepts and incorporates a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. She specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy (helpful for developing self-compassion and overcoming shame), and Interpersonal Therapy (particularly beneficial for depression linked to social or interpersonal events). She also integrates mindfulness techniques to help clients calm busy minds and develop positive attention to the present moment.
Beyond direct client work, Fiona is a qualified Supervisor for therapists and professionals in the health care and education sectors, offering professional development and reflective practice support.
Sessions are available both in person and online via Zoom, depending on your preference. Fiona is a member of the Adlerian Society UK and Cambridge Adlerian Society, reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
