About Fern Smith, RCST
Fern Smith is a Registered Craniosacral Therapist (RCST) and member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK, with over 15 years of practice experience. She specialises in craniosacral therapy and biodynamic craniosacral therapy, both gentle hands-on approaches that use light touch to stimulate the body's own self-healing abilities.
Beyond craniosacral work, Fern is a fully qualified TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) Provider, trained with TRE College. She offers TRE introductory workshops on a request basis, as well as residential retreats designed to deepen engagement with the practice. TRE sessions are available both in person and online, making them accessible regardless of location.
