About Fellside Therapy
Fellside Therapy offers counselling and psychotherapy for adults navigating a wide range of life challenges. The practice draws on several therapeutic approaches, including Transactional Analysis to explore patterns in relationships and communication, psychodynamic therapy to understand how past experiences shape present feelings and choices, and existential therapy to explore meaning, identity, and how to live alongside uncertainty.
Specialist areas include trauma-informed support for people-pleasing, boundaries, relationship patterns, anxiety, and grief. The practice also offers dedicated support for bereavement and loss, women's life transitions including pregnancy, birth, the postnatal period, perimenopause and menopause, and therapy for those living with chronic illness that does not minimise symptoms or push a mind-over-matter narrative.
Sessions are available both online and in North Cumbria. Fellside Therapy provides a calm, non-judgmental space where you can explore what matters to you at your own pace.
