Federica Olivero is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Prenatal & Birth Therapist registered with both the RCST (Registered Craniosacral Therapist) and BCST (Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist) bodies. She specialises in working with prenatal and birth experiences, offering biodynamic craniosacral therapy and somatic experiencing to help clients heal early trauma and feel whole again.

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the body's natural rhythms to release tension and support deep healing. Federica combines this with somatic experiencing, a body-based therapy that helps process and integrate traumatic experiences stored in the nervous system.
