About Fazila Gore
Fazila Gore is an integrative child, adolescent and family therapist accredited with BACP. She works therapeutically with children, teenagers, and families, drawing on evidence-based approaches and creative methods tailored to each client's needs.
Fazila offers counselling for children under 12 and adolescents navigating the physical, emotional and social changes of growing up. She also provides family and systemic therapy, helping families work through relational challenges together. Her therapeutic toolkit includes cognitive behaviour therapy, attachment-based therapy, and play therapy—using expressive arts, sand-tray work and play as natural forms of expression, particularly valuable for younger clients who may struggle to articulate their feelings through words alone.
Having completed extensive attachment therapy training and holding a Diploma in Child Counselling using expressive arts, Fazila integrates mindfulness tools and evidence-based models into her practice. This combination allows her to meet clients where they are, whether they benefit from structured CBT techniques or the freedom of creative, play-based exploration.
Fazila Gore supports children, teenagers and families seeking to understand themselves better, resolve difficulties, and build stronger connections. Her integrative approach respects each person's unique circumstances and developmental stage.
