About Fariah Garner Counselling
Fariah Garner Counselling provides integrative psychotherapeutic counselling for adults aged 18 and over. As a BACP registered counsellor, Fariah draws on person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, gestalt and existential approaches to support clients with a wide range of concerns.
Fariah has supported clients struggling with trauma, grief, identity and cultural issues, as well as anxiety, depression, PTSD, low self-esteem and abuse. She offers both general counselling sessions and specialised therapy for specific challenges including anxiety, depression and bereavement. Her integrative approach works creatively to gently bring both mind and body together to understand deeper conflicts.
Counselling is available online via Zoom or your preferred platform, as well as face-to-face. Fariah also welcomes neurodivergent clients and brings experience and passion to supporting them.
