Fabpilates offers comprehensive Pilates instruction across mat and studio equipment, delivered by a fully certified comprehensive instructor trained in all exercises on the original Pilates apparatus. Sessions are held on beautifully-crafted, state-of-the-art Balanced Body® Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Pilates Chair, and Barrels.
The instructor holds multiple professional certifications: Balanced Body® University Comprehensive Studio Equipment Instructor, Body Control Pilates Association Matwork Instructor, and Contrology Pilates Method Matwork Instructor. Additional qualifications include Level 3 Fitness Instructor status, St John's Ambulance Basic Life Support, and full insurance cover. CRB clearance is in place.
Fabpilates welcomes clients seeking classical mat Pilates as well as those working with specialist equipment. The studio is known for rehabilitation work, with clients often referred by local physiotherapists and osteopaths following injury.
