About Eye to Eye Counselling
Eye to Eye Counselling offers compassionate, professional counselling and therapy for individuals, couples, and young people over sixteen. As a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Relate trained Relationship Counsellor, the practice draws on a combination of psychodynamic therapy and other evidence-based approaches to support clients through a wide range of challenges.
Couples and individuals benefit from relationship counselling focused on communication and conflict resolution, helping clients understand what a healthy relationship looks like. The practice also supports those navigating separation and divorce, offering guidance through these significant life transitions.
For emotional and mental health concerns, Eye to Eye Counselling provides therapy for anxiety, depression, generalised anxiety disorder, and health anxiety. Additional support includes anger management therapy, which explores triggers and practical strategies for managing physical symptoms; self-esteem therapy to build confidence and self-compassion; and people-pleasing and boundaries therapy to help clients develop healthier relationship patterns.
Bereavement counselling is available for those grieving significant losses, including pet bereavement. The practice also works with young people on anxiety, depression, and related concerns, drawing on experience in adolescent mental health settings.
