Evolve Gym offers personal training and strength training with over 5,000 hours of experience. The team includes a qualified Pilates instructor specialising in core strength, pre and postnatal training, and back injuries, as well as practitioners with qualifications in rehabilitation for chronic pain affecting the back, knee or hip. Sessions are supported by nutritional guidance included in pricing packages, typically 8–12 sessions per month. Whether you're working toward weight loss, building strength, or recovering from injury, Evolve Gym provides tailored fitness support to help you reach your goals.
