Everything Menopause is a specialist menopause service led by British Menopause Society recognised clinicians. The team includes Dr Sally Louden and Dr Sam Davies, both BMS Menopause Specialists, offering comprehensive support tailored to your individual needs.

The service provides initial consultations lasting 45 minutes, which explore your medical history in depth, followed by shorter follow-up appointments for ongoing care. Where appropriate, evidence-based treatment options including HRT are discussed and initiated as part of a shared management plan. For existing patients, the service can arrange blood tests and manage repeat prescriptions following a HRT review.

Consultations are available both in person and via secure video, making it easy to access support in a way that suits you. Short catch-up calls are also available for existing patients who need brief telephone contact.

Beyond traditional consultations, Everything Menopause offers themed spa days and hormone health consultations, alongside complementary approaches including Chinese herbal medicine and specialist management of burning mouth syndrome—a symptom some women experience during menopause.
