Esther Musingarabwi CBT & EMDR is a fully accredited therapist specialising in evidence-based psychological treatment for adults, teenagers, and children. She holds full accreditation with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP, member 180158), is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and is an EMDR Europe accredited practitioner.

The practice offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) — two well-established approaches to psychological wellbeing. CBT explores the connections between your thoughts, emotions, physical symptoms, and actions, helping you understand and change unhelpful patterns. EMDR helps your brain process difficult memories so they feel less upsetting, using gentle eye movements or other guided techniques.
