About Essential Pilates
Essential Pilates offers mat and studio equipment Pilates tailored to your needs and goals. Sessions are available on a one-to-one basis or as a duet, teaching across Reformer, Cadillac, Tower and Chair equipment, as well as mat-based work. The practice specialises in Pilates for sports injuries, pre and post-natal Pilates, and Pilates before and after surgery, making it suitable for clients at different stages of recovery and life. Group classes are also available via Zoom for those preferring online sessions.
