About Erica Walsh
Erica Walsh is a qualified full-time hypnotherapist, counsellor and psychotherapist. She holds NCFE Level 3 Counselling certification and is CPCAB certified, with membership in the International Association for Evidence Based Psychotherapy and ICO registration.
Erica works with people whose nervous systems are exhausted by anxiety, trauma bonds and difficult relationship patterns. She offers hypnotherapy, general counselling, and psychoanalysis alongside specialised support for narcissistic abuse recovery and narcissistic abuse recovery coaching. Her approach addresses a wide range of concerns including anxiety, social anxiety, fears and phobias, stress, bereavement, and self-esteem.
She also provides therapy for children and young people, with younger children from around 4 years old often benefiting from play therapy. Erica is Enhanced DBS checked, bringing additional safeguarding assurance for families.
Beyond individual concerns, Erica supports people affected by workplace harm, including bullying, manipulation and misuse of power.
