About Enriching Lives
Enriching Lives offers integrative counselling and psychotherapy for adults, children, and young people. As a registered BACP member with a First-Class BA (Hons) in Counselling & Therapeutic Practice, the practitioner draws on a range of therapeutic approaches including CBT, humanistic, solution-focused, and psychodynamic methods to tailor support to your needs.
Services include general counselling sessions, online counselling (available at £60 per session), walk and talk therapy in outdoor settings, and psychotherapy. Outdoor therapy offers the same meaningful conversations and support as indoor sessions, but in a relaxed and open environment. For children and young people navigating school, family changes, and social pressures, counselling provides a warm, safe space to express themselves freely.
The practice has experience supporting people with depression, anxiety, addiction, anger management, eating disorders, neurodivergence, trauma, grief, stress, and perfectionism. Whether you're seeking support for a specific challenge or looking to develop tools to manage your mental health more effectively, Enriching Lives offers accessible, professional care tailored to your circumstances.
