About Emsworth Physio Clinic

The clinic specialises in sports injuries—drawing on three years of experience working with the Army—as well as pre and post-operative rehabilitation, falls rehabilitation, and chronic pain management.
Treatment options include physiotherapy, clinical massage with trigger point and myofascial release techniques, and a range of modalities such as electrotherapy and hydrotherapy. The team is qualified in APPI Matwork and Standing Pilates, offering one-to-one clinical pilates sessions tailored to individual needs. Traditional acupuncture is also available, provided by a practitioner qualified with the AACP.
Appointments can be arranged at the clinic, via home visit, or as one-to-one pilates sessions. The clinic is staffed by MCSP members and HPC-registered physiotherapists, ensuring professional standards and accountability.
