About Emma Hayward M.Ost DPO
Emma Hayward is a registered osteopath (M.Ost DPO) with the General Osteopathic Council and a specialist in paediatric osteopathy. She works particularly with babies, children, and women, including those during pregnancy, postpartum, and through menopause.
Emma offers a range of osteopathic approaches tailored to individual needs. She has undertaken extensive postgraduate training in cranial osteopathy and visceral manipulation through the Barral Institute, bringing advanced techniques to her practice. Her work with infants extends to feeding support, where she collaborates closely with lactation consultants and draws on her training as a breastfeeding peer supporter through the NCT.
Beyond osteopathy, Emma is a clinical pilates teacher who completed comprehensive studio and mat pilates training. She uses pilates as a holistic exercise system to support physical rehabilitation and wellbeing alongside osteopathic care.
Emma is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy, and holds affiliate membership with the Association of Tongue Tie Practitioners. She brings a patient-centred, evidence-informed approach to supporting families and individuals through various stages of life and recovery.
