About Emma Andrews Counselling & Psychotherapy
Emma Andrews Counselling & Psychotherapy offers individual counselling and psychotherapy for adults aged 16 and over, available both online and in person. With four years of clinical post-graduate training in Transactional Analysis, Emma's central therapeutic approach is grounded in Eric Berne's theory of Transactional Analysis, a structured method for understanding relationships and personal change.
Emma works with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, anger, trauma (past or recent), relationship difficulties, grief and loss, loneliness, and low self-esteem. She has undertaken specialist education with Cruse Bereavement Care, bringing additional expertise in bereavement counselling and supporting people through loss.
Emma is a member of UKATA (EATA/ITAA) and holds UKCP supervision credentials via PTSTA/UKCP, ensuring her practice meets established professional standards. She provides a safe and friendly therapeutic space where clients can explore their concerns and work towards meaningful change.
