About ELM Counselling
ELM Counselling offers one-to-one counselling for adults aged 16 and over, working with a wide range of issues including bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and the challenges of living with serious or chronic illness.
The practice is built on person-centred therapy, a talking therapy approach that gives you space to explore your concerns at your own pace. Where helpful, this may be complemented by other elements such as mindfulness or cognitive behavioural techniques, tailored to your individual needs.
Services include general counselling sessions, anxiety therapy, depression therapy, bereavement counselling, and couples counselling. Telephone counselling and online therapy via Zoom are available, making support accessible in the way that works best for you.
