Ella Gilder offers whole-body, hands-on diagnosis and treatment for pain, posture, and general health through osteopathy, combining this with a signature osteo-massage that delivers deeper, more effective results than standard sports massage. As a GOsC registered osteopath with a diploma from the London School of Sports Massage, Ella brings both clinical rigour and therapeutic skill to her practice.

Her massage services include sports and pregnancy massage, tailored to support clients through different life stages and activity levels. For those managing pregnancy or postnatal recovery, she also offers acupuncture alongside her massage work. Ella's approach to movement and rehabilitation includes one-to-one clinical pilates using the APPI clinical method, designed to rebuild strength and mobility where needed.
