About Elif Clarke
Elif Clarke is a BABCP-accredited psychotherapist and HCPC-registered psychologist who brings together psychology, breathwork, and somatic healing in an integrative practice. Her work draws on evidence-based modalities including Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR therapy, alongside approaches grounded in Polyvagal Theory.
Breathwork forms a cornerstone of Elif's offerings. She specialises in Transformational Breath, a breath-led, body-based approach that works with the nervous system to support those seeking clarity, grounding, and resilience. One-to-one breathwork sessions are available both in person and online, alongside group meditation classes and monthly breath circles.
Beyond individual sessions, Elif offers immersive retreats designed for deeper transformation. Day retreats combine breathwork sessions with yoga nidra, cacao ceremony, and nourishing meals, while weekend retreats provide an extended journey into nervous system regulation and somatic work. She also facilitates couples workshops and retreats for those seeking to deepen connection and healing together.
Body composition assessment using InBody technology complements her therapeutic work, offering clients insight into their physical wellbeing alongside emotional and somatic support. Her practice also includes drum journeys and other sound-based healing experiences as part of her holistic offerings.
Elif's approach is rooted in understanding how the body holds and processes experience. Whether through one-to-one counselling, specialized trauma-informed therapies, or group retreats, she creates space for clients to reconnect with their breath, their bodies, and their capacity for resilience and change.
