Do you offer acupuncture for pregnancy and postnatal care?
Yes, Elements Health & Wellness offers both Pregnancy & Postnatal Acupuncture as part of our service range.
What massage services are available?
We offer Deep Tissue Massage and Sports Massage, with Sarah being a qualified L4 Sports Massage Therapist with 3 years of experience. We also provide Lymphatic Drainage massage services.
Do you offer energy healing or Reiki?
Yes, we offer both Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki. Adele is trained in the Holy Fire® III Reiki system and has received the necessary placements and knowledge for this practice.
What counselling and therapy services do you provide?
Elements Health & Wellness offers counselling with experienced Integrative Counsellors, Clinical Hypnotherapy with over 13 years of experience, and support with areas including trauma, PTSD, bereavement and loss.
Do you offer reflexology?
Yes, we offer both Reflexology and Foot Reflexology. Alison is a Level 3 VTCT qualified reflexologist.
