Eleanor specialises in trauma and anxiety work, drawing on evidence-based methods including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), which is designed to help your brain process and integrate difficult experiences so they feel like something that happened in the past rather than something happening now. She is trained in CBT and trauma work, and brings somatic experiencing into her practice—helping you develop awareness of how your body holds stress and teaching you how to create a well-regulated nervous system response that leaves you feeling in control.

As a certified professional ADHD coach, Eleanor also supports clients navigating ADHD awareness, life transitions such as starting a new business, emotional upheaval, and emerging past traumas. Her work with anxiety addresses overwhelm, panic, and depression using proven techniques to shift unhelpful patterns.
