Elaine Bond Counselling offers a range of evidence-based talking therapies tailored to your needs. As a UKCP registered psychotherapeutic counsellor and member of Scarborough Psycho-therapeutic Training Institute, Elaine provides general counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and integrative counselling approaches. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Relational (Integrative) Counselling and a Diploma in CBT, bringing depth of training to each session.
Elaine has specialist knowledge in menopause counselling, weight loss and nutritional counselling, and bariatric surgery support. She also holds a Diploma in Counselling Children and Adolescents, and has experience working with survivors of sexual abuse through her work with SHE.UK, bringing compassionate expertise to trauma-informed care.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and NLP coaching are also available, offering practical tools for personal development and change.
